I am a psychotherapist with over 21 years of clinical experience in private practice, community mental health, inpatient and outpatient hospital clinics, domestic violence center, and crisis hotlines. My practice embraces a diverse population of both women and men. I have supported my clients' growth in a spectrum of life difficulties and transitions. Therapy is a process of exploration and self-discovery, and my office offers a safe environment for this transformation to occur.

My therapeutic approaches include cognitive-behavioral therapy, family of origin therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. A few of the theorists who have influenced my practice are: Virginia Satir, Alfred Adler, Carl Rogers, Carol Gilligan and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.
