My treatment centers on you. First we listen to your story, uncover your needs and clarify what you want to do. We examine your life. What things are troubling you? What is working and what is not? Then we work on how to transform your life story. We develop a compassionate story, one that doesn’t tear you down, that gives you more options, and provides more clarity. This process of self-empowerment involves thinking, feeling, and behaving differently, with new patterns that make you feel good, believe and trust in yourself, so you can rely on yourself no matter what happens.
