Grieving is a normal part of the death and loss of a loved one, a close friend or even a cherished pet. Many of us are not prepared to deal with these natural feelings and a trained counselor can help. Many of us do not realize that the loss of a job or a dear friend moving away can cause the same feelings of grief and loss that can be just as devastating.

While performance anxiety is often associated with athletes and public performers it can be devastating for professionals such as lawyers, CEOs and sale representatives. As an athlete I have benefitted from the skills and strategies of Cognitive Conditioning to overcome the self-doubt and negative thoughts that interfere with performance. As a coach and professional counselor I use Cognitive Conditioning to help both athletes and professionals overcome the fear and anxiety associated with performance.
Sports Counseling
As a Certified Sports & Performance Counselor using Cognitive Conditioning I work with you, the athlete, to explore and create new ways of acting and reacting to athletic problems and challenges that overcome sports performance anxiety. I believe in a holistic approach where athletic success is an integration of physical endurance, training and mental stamina.

As a counselor and coach I am passionate about helping CEOs, Executive Directors, business owners, entrepreneurs, lawyers and other professionals achieve their highest levels of performance and success. Faced with daunting daily challenges professionals deal with fears and anxieties similar to those of a highly trained athlete. And like an athlete a professional can, through training and mental stamina, overcome limiting beliefs and perform at their highest levels.
